The steps in applying for a licence
- 1) If you would like to practice as a myopractor and believe that you fit one of the categories listed under requirements then please fill out the application form electronically and then email it to us.
- 2) When instructed you will need to sign the licence agreement and together with a copy of your certificate and the other requirements send them to our contact address.
- 3) If Accepted we will then send to you a copy of the fully signed licence agreement along with some literature from us on various matters including helpful points for your operation as a Myopractor.
