Requirements

  • License A

    Certificate IV in MST

    To apply for a license A under the Myopractic trademark, you need to provide evidence of the following:-

    (1) An award in Certificate IV in Musculoskeletal Therapy (30836Qld).

    (2) A sample of proposed business cards, brochures and other advertising literature designed for your business.

     

    License B

    Certificate IV in Myopractic - This will be granted to those people that hold the appropriate award and have not yet practiced as a Myopractor

    To apply for License B you need to provide evidence of the following:-

    (1) An award in Certificate IV in Myopractic (15006Qld or 30436Qld).

    (2) A sample of business cards, brochures and other advertising literature that you have designed for your current business.

     

    License C

    Certificate IV in Myopractic - This will be granted to those people that not only hold the appropriate award but can prove that they have been practicing as a Myopractor.

    To apply for License C you need to provide evidence of the following:-

    (1) An award in Certificate IV in Myopractic (15006Qld or 30436Qld).

    (2) (2) A sample of business cards, brochures (originals) and other advertising literature (including newspaper and magazine ads - certified copies) that you have been using in your business within the last 12 months.
