MST Training

  • MST TRAINING

The training undertaken for MST bodywork is similar to other nationally recognised courses. There are the common core units such as Occupational Health and Safety and Health Terminology and also the specialisation units that deal with the assessment and treatment of mechanical disorders

The common units are normally undertaken via correspondence or by class room training depending on the particular college’s procedures. The specialisation units are only performed within a practical workshop situation. These are normally held every 3 months.

Our academy has currently three grades of qualifications that are nationally recognised. Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma. A way of reducing your training time and costs is to apply to the college for exemptions. These will take the form of either cross credits on training completed with registered training organisations and/or recognition of prior learning from life experiences, work experience and various courses or subjects completed.

If taking on full time study the Certificate IV may be completed within 12 months, the Diploma in  an aditional 12 months and the Advanced Diploma in a further  12 months.
